Since you asked, my response is sometims less is more and I feel that way about hash marks with one exception. Red hash marks on cyber gray looks awesome (if the car has some red in the interior). Also, they look better on Verts than coupes.

Also, are your hash marks even oem? There were no black oem hash marks that I'm aware of. The oem dark gray hash marks are etched in silver and the twin flags logo, while subtle, is clearly visible. If you are going to do it at least do it right mate. See photo below.
