An equalizer is a great idea. Why would you think it's not?

there's also a way to add rear camera to nexus7. regular camera connected via "EasyCAP USB 2.0" converter. But it has to have specific chip inside as there're many clones and only one of them confirmed to be working so far. also look here http://rootzwiki.com/topic/39717-ker...0#entry1404122

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but where did you end up plugging your mic in at? The pic looks like you put it into the Aux In on the Clarion.. Or did you just put it into the Aux In on the USB audio interface?

As a way around a mic input, i paid the three bux and installed droidmote client and server on my tablet and my phone. you can use it as a touch screen remote for android to android basic commands, and you can play some games with it. And it has a mic on it, so there isnt any need for splicing in an external mic.

I was going to go down this road and saw all the stuff involved in doing this and decided to research more.
I found this: plug in like a normal aftermarket head unit and is a self contained unit. no fuss.

I too, am intrigued by the Newsmy Carpad NU3001. I have been following Jeff's thread down in the audio forums, and waiting to hear how he fares. The shipping is a killer on the places linked in the XDA thread. If it can get to my door, for less than 400, I may switch to it as well.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to get the N7 in the dash myself, but I have a big doubt that maybe you can help me with.
I want to use this amp: http://alpine-usa.com/product/view/ktp-445u
It apparently has 2 +12V cables, but I only have 1 in my car harness, which is supposed to be soldered to the tip of a usb charger, so where should the amp get the power from?
Thank you so much,
Roberto
