I am going to have my C6 GS on Cape Cod this summer. Has anyone had experience with the local dealer. Are they safe for an oil change on a dry sump? Thoughts...

Agree - Corvette Mike has an excellent technician (George) for most of your routine needs.
For warranty stuff you might try Tracy in Plymouth...

I bought my car from mike in the cape... It was an interesting transaction to say the least. But I would by a car from them again.
