Wow...all great responses, fellas. It sounds like he is the Blue Chip guy in the industry and no doubt word-of-mouth advertisement is the best of all. Clearly it also sounds like people tend to develop a great relationship with him given the above posts and right on.

I haven't done business with Mike (maybe one day ?), but I enjoy reading all of his threads and posts for both information
and entertainment. All of his customers are always praising him. He seems to be an all-around stand-up guy who is truly
