2006 base, manual. 30K miles, engine spins but wont start. Says "Reduced Engine Power", jumped it-spins faster, but still wont start, gas tank over half, sprayed WD40 into intake, still wont fire. Lights come on bright, guages work, doors open fine, horn works
Just wondered if it might be something I could check before I call the tow truck.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Spark / fuel / air , pull a plug coil wire with a phillips on the lead lay near grounding surface and crank the engine . Listen for pumps / crack the fuel line for pressure with the key on . DONT spray WD 40 down the intake ,its not a diesel . Maybe a code reader reset may help or pull one battery lead for a minute can reset when reconnected .

Maybe fuses but thats a long shot .

Default Ratsazz

I went back over this AM to check some more on the Corvette. Was checking this and that, happened to look down and saw rats had chewed the wiring going into the fuse box that is in front of the battery.
Thanks for all the help, I just got lucky and found it when I was following up on your ideas..
