Front plate states?
Looking at a vet in a front plate state. My state is not. Are there holes in the front bumper when you remove the front plate? Thanks for the help Matt

Depends on how they put it on. If I remember the correctly, the plate holder comes with two-sided tape to attach it to the bumper. You can verify this if you pull the front plate off and see if there are any screws underneath it attaching the holder to the bumper. Hopefully not

No screws if they used the factory mount as instructed but will probably have paint damage.

No holes unless the selling dealer is a moron. It's on with double sided tape. There are an infinite number of front plate holder options for the c6 out here though.

^thanks. Been back and forth on a car. Really hope has no damage if 2x tape. Glad they are screw jobs. Who ever though of putting holes in the front bumper of cars for front plates should be kicked in the *** at least twice or shot. Lol

I have a '05 c-6 originally from Missouri.
When I picked it up it had a front plate.
The front plate holder was stuck on the car with double sided tape.
Over the years before I got it, the plate holder carved a few dings into the bumper.
Wasn't hard to peel off. A little goo gone took off any remaining gunk
