Default brake dust and rust

I know there is an after market chrome plated "hub cover" (which looks great) for the non- ZR1's'; ZO6's; 427's and GS' that hides the rusty looking rotors and cuts down on the brake dust getting on the rims, but I haven't seen or heard of anything for the models mentioned above. The rotors on my 427 are starting to rust and the brake dust is unbelievable------after only 20 minutes of driving just cleaned rims get covered in the dust (now with a reddish tint from the rust). Is there a remedy for the dust? To stop the rust? Thanks, Jim.

Paint the rotors and install ceramic pads. Problem solved.

Thanks---do you mean painting the rotors or the hubs (sorry if this is a dumb question, but I just want to be sure as I know nothing about cars really)? I see on other threads that there isn't any consensus on ceramic brake pads-------has anyone put ceramic pads on a 2013 427? In order of importance, I am looking for (1) no noise, (2) minimal dust, and (3) safe braking for everyday driving----no track or street dragging. Thanks.

I painted the rotors with high temp engine enamel and use Armor All wheel protectant on the wheels. It does a great job of keeping the brake dust off. Many forum members use it.
