I've got 345 drag radials on my stock 19" rear chrome GS wheels.

Yep, me too for my street tires, but I've just kept my Nitto 345 Nitto Drag Radials on since racing season opened because I go to the track every week.
And yes my GS came with 325's as the original equip tire. I thought the Z06's were too, but not positive about them.

I'm running Michelin PSS 345/285 combo like so many others are and there is zero issues.
Perelli now has a run flat that is 355-30-19 that should fit a 19 by 12 wheel.

Wrong. The 325 is the width of the rear tire on the standard Z06 and 335 is the width of the rear tire on the ZR1 but the 335 rear tire is on the Z06 when it has the optional Z07 package.
Of the nearly 28,000 Z06's built only 740 had the Z07 option with the 335 rear tires. The rest had 325's.

Wow - only took one page to figure out what size tire on Z06
discount tire has a guide for specific tire on rim width.
for instance Z06 rim = 9.5 inch in the front and the 245 C6
tire can go on up to 10 inch rim. I am running z06 on front with 245
tire - no issues and better lateral grip.
The calculator I am looking at - which is rim to tire not tire to Z06 -
shows you can run a 365 wide on a 12 inch rim.

You need to be careful using a much taller rear tire than the stock P325 / 30ZR-19" found on both the GS and the Z06, or you will get a conflict with the car's PCM.
I have 335 Nitto NT-05s on the rear of my GS with no problems, and I understand the 345s work well too .... I think anything bigger than that is going to present PCM problems do to the large diameter.
You might fit a 365 tire on the OEM 12" wide rear wheel, but it's going to be too tall in comparison to the front tire.

Nitto 345s fit fine on the rear wheels, thats what I run ,but a Nitto 345 is really only about as wide as a 325. I know they should be wider, but you can clearly see their 345 is not truly 345mm.

All manufacturers specs are different...in terms of physical appearance, the 325 GY EMT is about as wide or wider than most 335s and 345s out there. Too bad they suck, because they really are a beefy looking tire.
