Mechanical shops? Apparently not. I've been here a year and no one has had anything good to say about any shop.
Total Perf Engineering (TPE) was here and a vendor on the Forum but apparently they are gone. Some have mentioned getting good work done at Shelby but I haven't talked to anyone directly about it.
Seems like Phoenix area is the closest place for reputable/recommended shops.
If you follow/search the Southwest Forum you'll see. Here's one example:
