I love the look of this front splitter but have no idea who makes it. Any help is appreciated.

Looks like Grand Sport or Z06 style.

It does look a lot like the stock valiance that comes on the Grand Sport and Z06, but it also looks like it may be a little bigger (overall height) then the stock unit. Remember if you don't have a GS or Z06 it will not fit on the base model.

It says APSIS right on the picture, that was the first place I would've looked and found it.

Pretty sure it's Apsis. It's definitely GS/Z06 style but they wouldn't fit the base. So, it must be manufactured for the base.

I saw the company, but I always think of them for their leather products. I will say one thing, is I can never find prices on their site and if memory serves me correctly they are very expensive. I check out the center button on the steering wheel that they made with the Corvette Racing Jake on it and it was something like $175.00, so I can imagine what the splitter will be.

They have prices, it's in a different area, not the easiest site to navigate to find them though. That splitter is $598 for the base body style.
