Default What was your first NEW car???

My first brand new car was a 1991 GEO Storm GSI. I got a 5 speed black one. I went cheap because at that pointe I was only making around $40,000. I kept it until 1993 and got a new 1993 Trans Am. I loved that car. I traded it in when I got married so my wife could have a new Dodge Neon and I got a new Ford Ranger splash. At this pointe I owned 2 bars/ restaurants and had poker machines so every 6 months my wife and I got new vehicles. I really don't have any hobbies so I waste money on cars..Lol

A flash red 1986 Dodge Daytona, 2.5 liter, 5 speed, manual windows and door locks. 100 whopping horsepower.

Not mine, but looked just like this:

My Grand Sport is the first new car I have ever bought. I always buy used cars because I seem to get a lot more for my money. For some reason though I really wanted to buy my Grand Sport new and am glad I was able to do so.

Mine was a 1986 NUMI Nova, you know, the Corolla made in California badged as a Chevy. It was a great car but I only kept it two years because I needed a pickup.

1970 Pontiac Lemans Sport. With Hooker headers and a B&M shift kit this was the sleeper version of The Judge. Mine was externally almost identical to the one used in The French Connection except TFC was a '71 which had the trim on the fender rotated 90 degrees.

66 Chevelle coupe. Metallic blue with chrome rally wheels, wide tires in the back, skinny upfront. 283, Powerglide automatic, with glass pacs. It sounded fast but I knew better than race anyone. Having the 283 instead of a big block saved me all kinds of trouble I'm sure!

After getting out of the military and starting my working career, I ordered a 1970 Dodge Charger. Had a great time with it.

I worked weekends at a gas station, and summers for my dad, so in my senior year of high school I had saved enough to buy a brand new 65 Plymouth Belvedere II with a big V8 and a 4 sp. Only kept it 1 year then joined the Marines and headed to Viet Nam. My dad sold it for me when I was away. Came home from Viet Nam and bought my first VET.

1979 Z28 all black, 5 months later I was driving by a Chevy Dealer and saw a 1979 all black L82, 4 speed Corvette and traded for Z for it.

1966 SS396 Chevelle.

Similar to this one. Except my first mod was deep dish chrome rims and wide tires on the back. Still remember the sound of that 4bbl kickin' in at WOT.

1969 Pontiac GTO convertible, four speed, Ram AIr Induction and if I remember correctly it had 370 HP. Wish I still had it. It was light blue metallic with matching top and interior.
