A Z06 In 427 Heaven
Hello again forum members! Last weekend I was out for tandem drive with friend and his 427 Vert. They make quite a striking pair. I had been wanting to get some quality photos of a 427 Vert for quite some time. I'm very appreciative fellow member pmartjr took the time to take me out for a spin and snap some cool shots. Enjoy.
I really like the look of the "waterfall."

Haven't had a nice day yet to take mine out for some pics, so I appreciated the pics of yours. They sure got it right with this car.

LOWERED? The 427 with the carbon fiber mouldings sits a little over 4" from the pavement. How much further can it go down?? Without hydraulics I mean.

I can tell you the Vert is stock as it is mine. I'm pretty sure that the Z is also bone stock on the suspension. It was a great day for taking a spin and getting some pics. I do agree about the stance on these two. I love how the Z06 and the 427's set. Perfect to me!

AOM is (IMHO) the best color offered on the C6 because it shades well over the curves and creases and enhances the lines of the C6. I think it makes a good looking sports car appear "exotic." Just my opinion though. However, I think the 427 photographed here is going to go down as perhaps one of the best looking vettes in history. I'm adding it to the list (and have considered very seriously) trading my AO for one.
Thanks everyone for all the positive comments.
No DR side photos in this set. But I do have some from a Corvette cruise that I'm planning to post soon. Also, my Z has not been lowered. All stock except the exhaust. They certainly sit low enough for me. I scrape all the time on roads with quick elevation changes. I couldn't imagine it being any lower and still able to be driven on public roads.

Both beautiful machines. I would have a hard time choosing which one looks best.

wow1 great photo
They both look awesome. Ever since photos were shown of the 427 60th vette I have changed my mind about a white vette.
thanks for sharing

I think the difference is F55 man. I saw that same trend with the GS. My CE 4LT has F55, and it has 2 fingers all around. Wouldn't want it any lower .

2 of the best Vettes made.
You both are very blessed.
I love my 07, but would consider an even trade.
