Need advice about seats
My air bag for the driver seat is showing that its not on.
So I put the seat all the way up and forward so I can try to see under seat. Now the seat will not move ,nothing is working. I can't even get into the seat , no room. What should I be looking for. Thanks for the help

You can check the seat fuse, it's probably under the front floorboard on the passenger side.
Often, either one of the connectors under the seat is a bit loose, or a wire has become pinched or frayed. That can cause both the air bag light, and the immovable seat.
Try to wiggle all the wiring and connectors you can reach, while trying to use the seat switch. If you can open and close a connector, do that also. You may need a stick to reach some of them. Be sure not to smash a finger if the seat begins to move.
Good luck...

At the rear of the seat underneath is a yellow connector. That can loosen and loose connectivity. Give it a wiggle or two and be sure it is tight. The connector clips to the rear seat bar but often falls off, especially if you have the seat low. My light kept illuminating and each time that was the issue. I finally zip tied the connector together and zip tied it to the bar. Haven't had the issue since (2+years)

As stated the airbag is another connector. The driver seat can have up to 3 (two in the front, one in the rear). Airbag connectors and wires are usually independent of other wiring and are YELLOW!
