Any GM techs on this forum in the DC area?
Not sure which forum to post this but wondering if anyone available for hire for a few hours of diagnostics with an MDI on a 2013 Chevy (not Corvette). If not I may just buy an MDI and software subscription.

Since your post does not relate to a vette, the mods will probably move it pretty soon, so I would search the Tech forums on the main site here for "GM tech" and private message anyone that you see posting.
