'13 427 Vert vs '11 GS Vert
I have a 2011 GS Vert and looking to add a 427 car. I have never sat in '13 model or driven one. Is there anybody that has? I am particularly interested in driver seat and legroom. It appears to be a little bit of an upgrade. I am 6'5" 230. Any suggestions on whether the performance is significantly better would be nice as well.
Thank you

I actually made the exact trade your thinking about. I traded a black 2011 gs vert. for the 427 2013 vert. Although in my situation I was also trading an A6 for a mn6, a manual vert top to a power top, good year rf's to Michelin PSS zp's. The power difference is enhanced by the mn6 so that is hard to compare but the 427 is obviously stronger through the power band (4000 to 7000rpm). You are not going to believe how strong these LS7' s pull. The interior was also an upgrade from the 1lt to the 3lt(lz?, I can't remember). As far as suspension goes, they both are great handling packages so that IMO is a push. I was very happy with the trade and I think you will be too.
Oops I just noticed you said add it, not trade it. I would definitely add a 427 !

As too your leg room concern, I found with the exit and seat memory option you can set the exit position way back so when you enter the car the steering wheel is telescoped in all the way and seat is back all the way, entry is very easy. Then hit the memory button the wheel comes to you and the seat slides you up to it, no more bolster scrapes..hope this helps your decision.
