Visor tension?

Visor tension?
This time of year I find I use the sun visor a good bit. The problem I have is that the visor arm turns too freely. If I have it blocking the sun at the driver's window any sort of left turn caused the visor to rotate and bump me on the head. This is very annoying. Can the tension be adjusted or must I replace the visor?
