Default Huge Thumbs Up on MCS Custom Steering Wheel

Found Mike Kirby and his company MCS, on this forum. Recently ordered my MCS ebony and cobalt red steering wheel, and had it installed this past weekend.

I can't say enough about this wheel. It is ergonomic genius. The entire wheel gives a more precise feel to the steering experience. Leather is top notch. Every hand position is perfect, and different from the last. Diameter of top part of wheel, and right area about 3:00 and 9:00 feels slightly narrower than stock, with finger indentations in back. The slighter diameter seems to add to the feel of precision. Sections at 2:00 and 10:00 have the slightest amount of pad in back along with mild finger indentations as well - and give palm support.

I was wondering what the feel of the nobby's at the bottom corners would be like - figured they were needed from a structural standpoint and not another ergonomic plus, but for hard turns, my hands just go right to the corners and every wheel should have these! They seem unintuitive, but quite the contrary.

I could go on and on. I LOVE this mod. I should've redone the pic, because the little leather fold over the left corner must have had light on it just right, because it does not look like an imperfection in person.

Under $600. It's worth much more than he charges.

I agree with the OP. I too have the same wheel except in blue. I saw it posted on that on line bidding site a couple of years ago and somehow I was the only bidder. You wouldn't believe what I got it for-literally a steal.

Dash mat isn't my taste either, but I drive her too much to deal with the glare.
