Default Built tow hooks for street use.

I just finished building tow hooks for my grand sport.
not really for he track, but incase I need a tow and the front or rear body does not get ripped off.
the rear I made a trailer hitch that holds either a hitch ball or a tow hook.
The front I made a sliding hide away style from chrome molly tubing ,some 1/4" steel, a few rive nuts and grade 8 bolts.
I did not need to remove the front and the rear works with the duel mode exhaust.

He doesn't seem to be a supporting forum vendor.

It would cost more than just buying one made for it.
I made the hooks with 1/4 plate, a drill, file, sawsall and grinder.
If I had the tools or a shop cust everything for me it would have been done in a day instead of a week.
but as a artest and fabercator I like building things myself.

Some of the Corvette racing supply people sell similar kits designed for self-installation, the rear looked pretty easy but the front required some drilling. Also, be sure it will fit on a NPP car if you have that option.

Jim: From the OP's pics, it appears he has the NPP option on his car.

I was thinking of the pre-made ones from vendors, I think there was one version that was difficult or impossible to install with NPP.

As previously mentioned, OP is not a supporting vendor. As such, it is inappropriate for other forum members to ask him to sell them one.

Commercial posting

Supporting vendors pay for the considerable bandwidth charges on the Forum, making it free for the rest of us.
