I had two fairly naked girls out spring walkin give me a shout out last Sunday when I was filling up...they thought the big GS was pretty sharp....of course my liberal use of the mostly gray Hair Color For Real Men might have been the clincher too

I am glad they offered the GS option. Had it not been available I would have bought a base coupe, modded it up and probably have been very happy with it. I don't think the GS is a wannabe as some say, it is just a different style option that I personally find to be the hottest thing they have done. I don't need the extra performance of a Z06 in my DD so could not justify the price/cost increase, extra insurance, engine/valve issues etc in a car I am not going to race. I think all vettes look good and when I pass a slim body I do not think any less of that guy. I am sure he is just as happy as I am or a guy driving a ZR1. To look at it in any other way is d....ce baggery. That is my .02 worth.

Taking your statement to it's logical conclusion, in less than one year GM realized they made a mistake by introducing the C7 with a narrow body, and has already announced a wide body Z06.
Just a matter of time before they again realize not everyone needs, or wants 625 hp, and they'll release a C7 Grand Sport....just logical
Ya, that statement makes a lot of sense..."I'd take a narrow body every time."
Then I'll..."set it up right (i.e. lowered, blacked out lights, zr1 wing, different wheels, ect) looks bad a$$!"
Duh, why not just buy the Grand Sport in the first place and look "badass", right outta the showroom?

She sure is!
Oh, I am sorry, when you talked about,"lowered, blacked out lights, zr1 wing, different wheels, on a narrow body," I thought you meant a car.
Had I known you were into all that kinky stuff with women, I wouldn't have made such a foolish comment.
Btw, where do you put a ZR1 spoiler, and wheels on a women anyway?
Does it hurt? Do most women do that willingly?
Same to you!
Iffin HE wuz a membur of this forum, he'd be flamed for what ever he drove.
Even if it was all rusted out and holy. Have a good Easter Randy!

When I bought my new '09 coupe in Fall of '09, the '10 GS had just been introduced and was starting to appear on
dealer lots. The base price was about $5K+/- over the standard coupe, and I understood what was included for the
same (all worth the add'l. cost, IMO).
But at the time, the discounts & rebates available on the '09 netted an actual purchase cost of $10K less,
due to no discounts/rebates on the new '10 GS. So I bought the '09 coupe, because I couldn't see paying
$10K more for a car that only cost $5K more on the sticker...
...sometimes it just comes down to perceived incremental value at the time of purchase...

Now that the 200 post goal has been reached and the friendships restored, can we get a moderator to please close this thread, so it never comes back again?

Comments like that will be offensive to some of those folks who didn't have the ability to see a train wreck coming if they elected Obidiot.
In fact, if you're not careful, your remarks might be considered as being racist, which I know you are not.
Simply because our president has uttered a few lies for the good of all of us is no reason to demean his intent.
