? price of a new 2010 GS
What was the price on a new 2010 Grand Sport? Black, black int. paddle shift, 3LT interior. MSRP would be helpful. I found one with 4,000 miles on it and the dealer wants $45K.
What's a fair price?
Thanks

Hope this helps. The fact that it is new is hard to believe but I don't think it is worth any more than a CPO car with low mileage. Remember it is 4 and about to be 5 years old.

Last Sept i bought my 2011 GS 4LT with Nav, glass roof, Paddle shift Auto, seat heaters, etc... for $43K. It had 5500 miles logged, was a one owner and still under warranty until July of this year. The original asking price was $50,995 and the original MSRP was north of $63K. If they are asking $45K for a 2010 that is not completely loaded, i would statrt at $37K and nit pay more than $39K.
The usual rules apply....take the emotion out of the deal, be ready to walk away and Walk Away if you are not happy with the deal. In addition, check the CarFax and have the dealer run a service history on it (if a Chevy dealer). CarFax will tell you the usual stuff but it will also tell you when the dealer first offered it for sale and how long he has been sitting on it. If they are motivated to move the car, your chances are much better to get that lower price.
Good luck!

I paid $41 for my 10 GS Black on black, 6 speed manual, 20,000 miles in January of this year. I would offer the guy $41, if he won't budge, meet half way and offer $42,500 because of the low mileage. Also search Autotrader and try to get a feel for what they are actually selling for in your area.
