base front fenders vs gs front fenders?

base front fenders vs gs front fenders?
thinking of doing a rear only wide body for my base car , if i don't do the front fenders either gs or z06 will it look strange?

I have had it both ways. I did the rear conversion a year before I did the front. (Although I did also have an aftermarket front bumper as well.

Guess I'm a minority opinion here, but to me, 1/2 a wide body leaves the car looking off balance. I'm definitely not a fan.
That said, you should realize that only other 'vette owners will even notice it. The general public doesn't even see the difference between a base car, and a Grand Sport.
So do what pleases you!
