Depends on how much current it pulls.
Radar detectors/etc that typically use about .250A aren't a problem.
There is one fuse (ISRVM/HVAC) that is shared by the mirror and the HVAC system.
Hook it up, crank up the AC/fan and try it, the worst thing that will happen is you blow a fuse.
