Default 5 spokes custom dark color?

Has anyone painted their 05-07 5 spokes between comp grey and black? I just prefer something darker than comp grey, but I feel the wheels get lost with black. Maybe a charcoal type color? I will be painting mine, just didn't know if anyone else had done it.

You mention "painting" your wheels.

I am no expert, but I would think that for a much longer lasting and a more durable tough finish, having the wheels powder coated would be a better option.

Lots and lots of colors (including metallics) are available from professional powder coaters.

you could go with a tinted clear over the comp grey.

I will be having them professionally painted. I think painting looks better as powder coat tends to be very 'orange peely"

I had OEM Z07 wheels powdercoated a dark grey metallic....I too wanted something darker than the OE comp grey...these almost look black at night.
