Black and bronze go well together but not sure about copper, I almost went with the same color combo with my vette. Here are some examples...the C5 is a forum member's, I hope he doesn't mind me using his pic:

The copper color will be something similar to Forgeline's transparent copper color, similar in look to this wheel instead with a gloss black face. The original picture doesn't do justice to it, the below is closer to that.

Consider yourself flamed. Not a good look to me but you have the deciding vote. If you like it thats what matters.

I like it!

I wouldn't say it's too flashy or ricerish at all.

Would look pretty smooooth out in the wild.

I like this combo. Adds a nice amount of ZING to an otherwise all-black car. Go for it!

If an Atomic Orange Vette looks good with black wheels, why shouldn't this?

I hear ya and these wheels are mainly for that, cruising and going to car shows. I have way too many black wheels for that car. The stockers are matte black, have an HRE set in matte black too and a set of TE-37s in gloss black. The TEs I'm having powder coated in all red, at least for the moment might go a crazier color with those.

Yeah don't think it's rice either. Just need to lower the rear a little bit and car will be looking great.

I went to pick up the wheels the other day but the fronts had some blemishes on the paint, etc so I left them there for the manufacturer to fix. Here are a couple of pictures of what they look like so far. I am still waiting for tirerack to get the Toyo T1Rs in stock, they have a smoking price for the rears but those are currently on national backorder.

I did pick up my set of TE37s I took there to re-powdercoat from gloss black to metallic red for the entire wheel to give the car different looks. these should be ready and on the car by Saturday.
