Jim when you are in I Tunes you do know you can tailor the sound of each song. If you don't know right click a song and go to get info. In that screen go to options and set the EQ for that song ( your preference )and raise the volume bar to between 3/4 and full and click ok. Your volume will now be louder when you play back from your I pod.

Thanks, I'll try that.
Will it work that way if I buy a song from ITunes, or only when downloading from my CD?

Yes once the song is in your I tunes library ( however it got there doesn't matter )or if you are seeing the library from your Ipod you can do it. You obviously have to have your I pod plugged in to make the changes. With your I pod plugged in when you hit the ok button after you make the changes you will see the progress bar on the top of the page saying " updating files " and you now have changed the setting for the song you have just altered.

No problem. If you have any problem doing it pm me and I will give you my telephone number and will walk you through it when you are on your I tunes account and me on mine. Makes a world of difference when you change the settings for each song. Although some songs take to the change better than others but 90% of them benefit from the change.

I bought my Kenwood DNX9990HD from Dennis. He kept providing support for years after the sale and I suspect he would be there for me today.
Our only disagreements have been over the interface between the Kenwood and my Corvette. I had continuous trouble with his. May have been because I was the installer, but even Kenwood couldn't make his work. I gave up and had Joe D's in Bristol Connecticut make it work. They changed the interface and the problems disappeared. I can even have OnStar if I want it.
The reason I bought the Kenwood is that it has Garmin. VERY intuitive. Other than money I don't understand why all the manufactures don't use it.

I have a hud in my 6 speed 2005 vert and have never seen the turn arrows displayed on it. What do I have to do to see that?
