Back in or pull in for garage
Just curious as to how most pull into their garages
I seem to just pull in most times but every now and then I will back the Vette in
I know this is just personal preference but just curious

I have a 3 car garage and the single door is on the right so I pull in on that side, so I don't have a wall against drivers side. If I park in the double side I back into the left side so passenger side is against the wall

Pull in. If I back in the front air dam scrapes like hell.

Pull in. Backing up, there are some exceptions, is asking for trouble because you are parking in an evermore confining space while looking over your shoulder. When you back out after pulling in you are backing out into an evermore expanding space which is an inherently easier situation to manage.

I back in, altho I have a double, open ended carport. One side opens toward the house, the other toward the street. This way I don't have to back onto the street on my way out.

I pull in to the garage. Backing out of the garage, I turn the car parallel to the street, into the widened driveway, and drive front first from the driveway into the street.

The angle of the street and my driveway is such that if I back in my radiator supports would drag the street. I have to right turn only into the driveway. Left turn in and my splitter scrapes bad.

I pull in so that the driver's side is not against the wall. This car has huge doors so the more room to get in and out the better. My garage also has very high stub walls making door damage an all too likely possibility if I back in.
