While researching for a radar detector, between escort 9500 or valentine one, I came across this patent.

Looks like Valentine is coming out with a new radar detector V2, just don't know when.

They constantly update their existing unit and haven't really done anything new in years other then those updates.Still the best for the money in my opinion.Say what you will about the arrows but once you have them they make all the difference. I don't personally care about radar having a GPS or telling me where red light cameras are...I do care about it telling me what direction the bogie is coming from!
