If it was black to begin with, have you tried cleaning it and then adding a few applications of Back To Black? It's amazing how well it works on some surfaces. The blinker surrounds on my 35 year old CBX were ashy white and after a few scrubbing applications of B to B they're really black again. I only have to reapply twice a year or so. Very cheap fix if your surface can absorb it properly.

Gene Culley will let you know, hit him up via PM.. GM parts specialist.

Or just hit it with some back to black or armor all stuff..

It's part # 15806317 Rear Fender Liner Left
15806318 Rear Fender Liner Right
Cost $20.26 for each one @ gmpartsdirect.com
http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/catalog/frameset.cfm
As per the diagram #8
The clips (push pins) can be bought at any GM dealer parts dept, or at any auto parts store.

I bought some of that off of amazon. It did work great, but when I went to remove the panels I see that some of the plastic tabs are broken so it sticks out and doesn't sit against the fender like it should. No way of fixing it. So I will just buy two new ones. Figured they can be had under $80.

Those are for the rear or am I mistaken? I think I am reading it wrong.

Reading it wrong. Fender is always the front Fenders while the rear are always Quarter Panels so the back front is the back of the front fender. It's really mind blowing when they call the front the forward front fender.
