Ran a 570rwhp Z06 and 1000hp GT-R
Umm...
GT-R is fast at those power levels.
Was on my way to FL2K this weekend to check out some fun cars and a few wanted to play so I figured I'll bite.
Unfortunately, I don't have the Z06 one on video but I have the *** kicking from the GT-R on video.
Z06 guy I pulled decently. We never had a clean run but he was in front of me and he got on it and I chased after him. We got on it from 40/50 or so up to about 100 and I was able to come back from a car back or so to getting pretty close to his bumper. If we lined up even or had the extra lane I would have passed him. We chatted up later and he told me his major work was heads/cam with supporting bolt-ons. States 570rwhp. Saw him later at track run a 10.55 @ 132-133 or so.
The GT-R I talked to over at FL2K and it was a TopSpeed Motorsports (TSM) putting down around 1000hp at the wheels. First time I lost with my current setup and man it made me look like it was going backwards.
Camera car is my buddy's 500awhp Evo X in the wrong gear. Overall I'm happy with my car regardless of result.
Here's a video of that Z06 (right lane) but I didn't want to run in the residential area but you can hear him sing. Sounded awesome.
