Where does the OP's fans come on regarding coolant temp?
I was talking Coolant temps, but I'll have to pay more attention to the fans next time.
I agree they probably come on earlier like you say, I've just never heard them until around 220 on the road.
And now that I think of it I rarely hear them except when pulling into the garage after a drive.
Usually right after a little hard acceleration on the highway just before I reach my exit.
It's about 3 miles of city streets from the highway exit to the garage.
During that short time it's stop and go and I'll hear the fans running once inside the garage

Radiator is full of coolant, could not hurt to flush it and replace.

Since the OP just got the car in May,I would do a coolant flush and oil change first, then keep an eye on it.

Good idea I have always recommended changing all the fluids with a used car purchased.

Also double check that there are no air pockets in the cooling system presently and when having the coolant changed.

Take the coolant overflow cap off massage the radiator hoses, if the tank burbs you had an air pocket.

Really do not see anything to worry about. Oil temp will climb with that type of driving as will coolant temp.

Factory thermostat is 190 degrees so when not moving it will reach those temps pretty quickly. Now if you reach and stay at those temps while cruising steady on the hwy it needs attention.

with the Factory 190 Thermostat, those are normal operating Coolant temps for a C6 with the driving/weather conditions mentioned.

Thank you for the response! Just got to the mechanics, and you nailed it. Everything is completely normal with the 190 thermostat. Coolant and oil temps are normal.

Thank you everyone for the responses, I was just expecting a couple...not at all this many. Everything is normal with the 190 thermostat. Now...it's time to set up the supercharger install! Was told a different thermostat will be installed at that time as well. Thanks again everyone!

Happens to most people new to Corvettes. My 85 runs quite a bit hotter...the fans don't come on till 240 degrees.

Changed mine in my 09 (only 13K on the clock) and the temps actually went down a bit. Not a lot, but noticeable.
If you have patience, you can do it yourself and save a bunch of $$.
Not hard to do at all, just TEDIOUS.

Be very careful with the low temp (160*) thermostats.
They can make your engine run rich and there are other complications that can occur.
