climate controll display cracking.
Has anyone else notice the climate control display is cracking or hazing?
My GS has not even been in the sun much ,its mostly in the garage since I owned it.
The cars still new and not a daily driver,so I wonder how it will hold up as it gets older.
Would this be under warrantee?
Is the lens replicable or does the complete unit need to be changed.

The lens is not replaceable. Is it actually cracked, or just a rainbow effect on the lens?
My unit has a rainbow effect, but it's only in certain lights, especially notice when wearing sunglasses.
Mine is still in great shape and mine is 8 years old.

Post 2 "rainbow effect" asks a good question.
The lens is plastic. Perhaps OP sprayed a chemical on it that hazed or somehow something hit it and cracked it or a rag scratched it.
None the less, there are two step plastic polishes that could restore outside surface of the lens.

if you're still under your bumper to bumper,it is covered assuming you didn't take a bat and smash it. 
If it is the rainbow effect mentioned,that's normal.
If it is the rainbow effect mentioned,that's normal.
