C6 Corvette Visor Warning Label Decal Covers
Bought the 2013 GS this month and already I'm tired of looking at these labels on the Visors. Can anyone tell me how these covers attach to the visor?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I used duct tape to remove the residual sticker after the initial removal. I placed the duct tape over the left over sticker, pressed it down firmly, then slowly removed it. After a few applications all of the sticker came off. There was some slight discoloration which went away after a month or so.

Well I sort of don't want to remove the decals. I just wondered how the covers attach? Stickum, velcro, double back tape?

Here are the decals (labels) that I have over my air bag labels

They are adhesive backed labels. Some have taken them off some have covered them up.
If you want them gone, those two options are it, unless you find a source for visors that don't have them (highly unlikely).

Now, I'm confused, are the original airbag warning labels what you are asking about, or a covering label that someone put on over it?

Thank You
I printed them using water resistant vinyl labels (full sheet). The labels are 3.35" x 5.50"
They stick really well to the air bag labels. The types labels that you can make are limitless.
I also had these on for awhile, but change them up now and then.

I had my wife sew covers over the stickers. Left one end open so you can use the "pouch" to store business card or notes, etc. Used black material matching visors and when I sell car, stitching pulls out and original stickers are still there.

Just curious, but why would anyone care if the original stickers are left in place?

As to whether they are obnoxious or not, I can only tell you that they were so noticeable with my Vert, that I covered them up 11 years ago, and I didn't even notice them on my Z06. I can only attribute that to the fact that the FRC didn't allow me to really see them (and no one else did, either), as opposed to open air view that the Vert allows.
I wonder if we should do a poll to see if there is a correlation with top down/off driving and with top up/on driving in regards to whether or not the stickers bother them?
