Yes and it's not an easy blank to find either, I tried Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware without any luck, finally found one at a local hardware that does a lot of keys. Maybe you'll have better luck thou.

but it's Axxess+28 not Access+28
That's the key Blank I used, and it works perfectly.

Here is suggestions, after you get your key and make sure it works, clean the area, and you might want some lube, then cut peace of duct tape to the size of quarter and cover the key hole from dirt.
What I did with the spare key I hid it under the car, cause I really don't carry wallet.

Homo Depot had it, however, the retard working the counter told me he doesn't have the right blank, I had to point to the blanks on the wall to show him he does have the right blank to cut the key.

2009 here.
I couldn't find the correct blank at any of the stores in our area, after lots of looking finally went to a locksmith who had one and he cut a key. It wouldn't even go into the key slot.
I gave up and ordered a blank from GM, local dealer cut it for free.
Mine is also hidden outside the car, with a properly programmed extra fob wrapped in aluminum foil and hidden deeply inside the car.

If all else fails, the famous online bay store has B106 blanks.
