Makes me think his price is a tad high, not low and certainly not as low as you seem to believe. Am I missing something here?
Depends on where you live, that is a really good price in Florida on an '06

I really did like the C6 but not for the money I was about to finance with the problems it had. I'll wait a year or 2 and see where I'm at and get a really nice C6 maybe 2010-11 by then who knows.

Never trade a vehicle in, you will always get more money selling it on your own.

Would help to know your location, but looks like you trying to get out of one mess, and deeper into another.

Going to be blunt, but if you need financing to buy a car, then you really need a car that is fully factory warrantied as well.

Simply, for us owners that live where it snows, the vet sits in the garage most of the winter in storage, and is bought outright with front pocket change too. The insurance payments, the repair costs, all front pocket fun money as well (read making more then enough money, or saved to cover us on the needed things in life, and the money wasted away on the vet, just extra fun money left over from not blowing it on the other bad vises we already have).

You are upside down in new or used the minute you drive it off the lot. If you don't want to take a 6k hit, sell the car privately. You will not lose as much.
