I'm looking to replace my complete front Bose speaker system"2008 2LT C6" with a component system "Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1 is my 1st choice" And i need both a speaker system recommendation and directions as to where i can purchase the front speaker adapter that allows a 6.5 speaker replace the factory 8.0 front speaker.
sothen Alpine, infinity, JL Audio, Polk, Pioneer, Diamond Audio or some other little known speaker maker, which speaker manufacturer would you recommend?

I went with Polk Audio components. They sound so much better than the Bose but I am using an aftermarket amp too. I got the adapter plates from nakidparts.com.

Obviously a little late in my reply, but I was in the car stereo industry for a little over 7 years. My personal opinion, I have never heard a set of speakers sound as good as Focal personally. I still have the same set of Focal components I've run for the last 4 years. Just amazing speakers. But you did the right thing replacing the Bose setup.
