Default Did anyone have a C6 Christmas?

My youngest son gave me a very nice 1/8" thick steel, power coated, and logo painted, garage art sign.

I knew that ol' 20lb. test fishing line would be useful again!

If anyone else got something 'vette related for Christmas, or Chanukah, how about posting a photo.

got new stuff from Katech so my engine can run naked this year. In my continuing quest to clean up the engine compartment I will put the engine covers aside go with new valve covers and a coil relocation set up.....I like the look as others have gone on before and have done the same thing....pics when done......

My new year's resolution is to finally figure out how to put a pic of my Blade Silver GS on my avatar.......it would really dress up the Forum....

my gift was to race my fiance in her C7 on the way home from family's house

It's a quick car but no match for a boosted LS3

I'm having my Christmas later today. Wife had to work yesterday so family is coming today for dinner. She got me something Corvette related for $225 and I have no idea what it is. She knows a co-worker with a C6 and he has one so she got one for me. I'm very curious.

I opted for tire chains, much more practical.

Hope you had a great Christmas and are staying safe with all the bull$hit going on against you guys.

Oh geeeze, I sincerely hope it's something you like, and can use.

Nothing more uncomfortable than someone spending a lot of money on a gift that I don't like, or want.

I'm always telling my family, PULEEZE, do not buy me anything.

Get me a gift card from Amazon, and I can use it to buy what I want.

Sometimes they listen, most times they don't.

Silly yankee, chains are for towing.
Use the chains to have your wife pull the vette around with the truck while you sit in the C6 going varrrooommmm, varrooommm.

Nope, nothing Corvette related at all. Bought myself a body colored license plate from RPI though.

Never thought of using tire chains. Sounds like that might be fun. I'll put that on my Xmas list for next year
My son did get me some wax and a clay bar kit, but that's all for this year.

She's been saying all week "I hope you like it. I hope you like it." Today she said "I hope you like it. The receipt is in there so you can return it if you don't like it." Well, I hope I like it. I'm very picky about what goes on my car too so we'll see what happens. This is the first time in 14 years she's got me something that I have no clue what it is.

Yikes! That's a lot of pressure, I'm thinking you might have to like it not to hurt her feelings.....that can be bad if you know what I mean....
