Rear tire sizes with stock rims and stock front tires
I have searched and read much about tire sizes and not causing TC/AH, but it seems all posts were regarding aftermarket rims and tire sizes. I have stock rims and fronts are 245/40/18 (stock size).
What are my choices for the rears on stock rims? From what I've read, 305 is too wide so it has to be 285 or 295. Can I go with 285/30/19 or 295/30/19? Looking at some ODs, 285/30 is around 25.8" and 295/30 is around 26", while fronts are 25.7". Will 295/35 be too tall?
