Installed my new Eagle LED Tail lights with tint
Just got my used eagle tail led lights today. I love the design of these lights but I didn't like how bright red it was.
I ordered a set of lamin-x 6% tint (the lightest one they have). The steps were straight forward and very easy.
The stock light on the left side and the LED on the right side. Keep in mind I wanted the LED lights to look more like the stock red color.
The right lights have the lamin-x 6% tinted and the left side is stock.
How they look with the lights on.
How they look with the brake light on.
My iPhone camera doesn't do any justice how bright and nice these lights are.
Lastly how they look without the lights on.
I'm not affiliated with lamin-x or Eagle LED. Just want to share my personal experience with these products.

Thanks everybody. Sorry the photos were so crappy. These photos were shot with my iPhone.
"If" I had a dark color vette then I would of ordered a darker tint for the rear tails for sure. My intent was to keep the same shade of color like the factory.

1. Clean your LED lights thoughtly.
2. Spay a mist of water onto the LED light.
3. Apply the tint sheet.
4. Use the squeegee supplied by Lamin-x to squeeze out the water.
5. Once dry, install the lights.
The tint material is pretty thick. It's still a sticker so removing it won't be as painful as removing paint.
