Interesting Poll In The "Ask Tadge" Sub Forum
C6 Z06 owners need some help from you with this poll. Some of you own, or are interested in owning a C6 Z06. If so, please step in and cast a vote in the hope that we will get some useful information from Tadge Juechter, Chief Engineer of Chevrolet Corvette and Cadillac XLR.

This is a nice idea, but no one from GM will ever expound on this topic; too many $ possibly involved. They are well aware of the problem. I recently asked a GM engineer about the valve/head manufacturing experience, and he turned red in the face and said, "I think I have heard about that."

Bet he has heard 'about that'.
You're right, as far as GM's concerned & by extension Tadge, this topic will be radioactive. Avoided, deferred & totally ignored. Pretty shabby.
Pity too, this one unanswered issue tarnishes an otherwise masterpiece.
Still, valves or no valves I love mine just the same.

We are losing, rather badly. More help would be greatly appreciated. Worst case scenario he side steps the question

I want to buy a Z06, but will not do so until GM answers the questions about the dropped LS7 valves. A $15,000 disaster. I voted.
