Default 2005 center cap change?

Hey guys- I wanted to get some feedback on changing out my center caps on my oem 05 polished wheels. I recently removed the clear and polished them up. Look pretty good, not as bright as chrome but still a good shine for 10yr old wheels. Much better with the clear off. I was considering a few choices- Chrome cap with or without flag. 2} comp. gray with logo 3} Zo6 style with some type of domed center sticker-lots of choices. I thought the gray might be a sharp contrast against the silver; would a chrome center look out of place with a shiny polished wheel? Give me your thoughts and ideas. Just trying to change it up a little w/o buying wheels. Thx Donwil

For the best look have them powder coated gloss BLACK.

No chrome, but cyber grey might look good.

I used paint stripper. but it didn't work as well as it should have.It was cold out and the can said to use above 65 and it was 40 out. Took it to a shop and they took the tire off and dunked it and then polished it. Really came out good but I could of gotten the same results if I had waited for better weather. You can do it

You'll be doing lots of polishing in the future...they coat them for a reason.

I never really have minded the upkeep on wheels. Back in 1981 I put centerlines on my 81 the kind with the solid disc design and polished them once a week. Of course I was young then so you have a point. Probably will get sick of it.
