Best place to fish wires from Engine thru to dash?
Hello Gents,
I tried search and no good results.
For the electrical installers out there, what is the easiest place to fish wires from the engine compartment into the dash on a C6? I have a rather large connector that is prebuilt, about the thickness of a RCA audio connector to get through. Any tips for places so that I can avoid drilling holes?
Thanks in advance.

Since I wanted a wires (RCA connector) to come through the firewall on the driver side, I drilled a hole just above the dead pedal, after I removed the dead pedal.
I drilled it using a 3/4" wood bit that had a stop on it so it wouldn't go deeper than 1/2. It is a fibreglass material, so it's easy to drill through. Once I got the wires through, I used plummer's putty to fill in the hole/wires so it would not leak.
Never had any issues, even driving through bad rain storms.
It's an option, if you don't want to go from the passenger side.
