Nice! It looks like about a 9-10' ceiling. I assume you had to convert your garage door to a high-lift and install a jackshaft opener. I can see the door track for the adjacent bay is at a more typical height.

How was your breathing as you watched your beautiful car being lifted off the ground. I don't think I breath until the car has settled on the proper height. Check the dogs as you raise the car and when you are at the desired height make sure the dogs are high enough so that when you lower it they get fully seated. I check all four to make sure they are properly seated.

Looks great John, let me know if you are over on the east side. How are you liking FL winters? Especially now seeing all the snow up North

Looks very good, John. The Orange (Sunshine) State welcomes you both and your garage lift!

I also, was wondering the same thing, as I will be at the Bash John.
Why are the posts not anchored into the floor?

Looking forward to seeing you there, Steve. Will you be at Montana Grill for dinner on Thursday?

Appreciate the concern, but I had a nearly identical lift in NC for the last five years. It was cheaper to buy a new one down here than to bring my old one down.
