What over the counter detailer do you prefer?
I keep a good coat of wax on my car but it seems that most of the detailers Ive tried are now much harder to get off, no longer evaporating as its wiped off. I'm getting streaks... It may be because of the coats of wax but Ive never had that problem before and have no idea why I do now. The day was it would be a spray & wipe and nothing left but shine... Now, its like taking off a thin coat of damp wax....
Any recommendations for something I can go out and buy now (not online)?

Plexus, available at any motorcycle shop. Shake well, spray on, wipe off to a beautiful shine on any smooth surface from chrome to painted metal or plastic.

I use mothers showtime.
It's really a lubricant to use with the claybar but it can be a standalone for a quick detailer.
All it is is a diluted wax in a bottle. Probably 100 parts water 1 part wax lol
You can probably make your own with the liquid wax you already have. But i use mothers show time or anything by chemical guys since they're cheap, easy to use and reputable.

I have probably tried every detail spray/wax on the market an in mho this is the winner.
I put this on top of rejex whenever I want to refresh the shine nothing better on the market.

liquid glass. i'll not say its better than any others out there, but it certainly is no worse. i'm very happy with the "spit shine" effect it has on my nrbm. i've tried quite a few waxes and polishes and i'm convinced its so much easier to use than the others.

Aren't liquid glass and rejex both waxes? I'm looking for an easy fast (but effective) detailer for those times I just need to remove the dust or a few bug smears... This surf city sounds interesting though...never heard of it before -

Try Plexus. If you don't like it I'll buy it from you.

This stuff is the bombdiggity. Avoid trim pieces though. Smells fantastic too. I've used a lot of stuff and this is the best I have found so far. Works great on chrome too. http://www.liquidperformance.com/motorcycle/appearance/spray-cleaner-polish/
