It sounds like you're more interested in appearance than performance, which if true can get you in trouble quickly.
Running that combo at the dragstrip in a straight line for a short distance or at low speeds in the pit area is nowhere near the same as on the street.
The tire is way undersized, has minimal tread, and the centerline with that spacer installed, not only changes the steering geometry, but puts much higher stresses on wheel bearings.
If you want to run that wheel (even at the track) it's far more advantageous to swap to base brakes and drop an additional 30+ pounds in the process.

Here's a source. But be responsible for their use. Take a jack and wrench to the track and change there. It's far safer.
US Wheel adapters has all these spec's and bolt patterns. Doug at 877 823 2787 can make you the correct adapter for a z c6. It will be 3.25 inches wide and be hub centric.
