Default Mounting wire to underbody panels

Im installing under body and LED wheel lights to my 2007 C6 and am wandering if it is OK to drill into under body panels to mount clamps to hold wiring? The panels are under each side between wheels and towards outside

Thanks for your help

Well i don't have LED's under the vette, i did help my Son put a bunch under his car...no screws or holes....the adhesive on the back of the lights will probably hold them in place while you use some better glue to make sure they stay there...weatherstrip glue is NICE and sticky...."strong as Nails" in a tube is very strong when it sets up, but you'll need to hole them in place with tape until the glue sets up.
