2007 C6 headlight problem

I have a 2007 C6, when the headlights re on the right front will not come on but if I push the lock button on the FOB both headlights come on.

If you're talking about the low beam it could be the bulb or ballast if you have HID.
When you use the FOB the high beam come on.
(That's how my 2010 is yours may be different)

Low beam comes on with the FOB on both sides.

I checked and you are correct. The FOB actually turns on the High Beam. It appears that it is a bulb issue. Thanks a lot!
