Melting Slicks
When I was looking to come back to the Vette world after selling my M3, I was honestly looking for a Z and the price was no concern. Having come from the M3 world with connecting rod bearing problems and blown engines everywhere I decided to slow down and do my research. The more I researched the more I found the valve train issues and blown engines on this side too. That is why I went with the bullet proof LS3....plus the GS is the best of both worlds IMOP.

Thanks GL10DR, same to you...
I would love to switch to the smoked wheels instead of the Chrome. Im not a big Chrome guy, but that's what it came with when I bought it, so I don't complain to much.
Will be time for some new tires though here pretty soon. I was late on the alignment so Ill be paying for it soon. It will be nice to get rid of the run flats though.

Anyone know if you can take the chrome off and powder coat the wheels?
I just bought tires lately and went with Michelin SS but one size bigger, thought it helped fill up the wheel well better.

My street is finished, and in 4 more days, depending on weather, the whole community will have new roads.
