Did not get any one phone call, calls last night so things must have been quiet......or they didn't get caught........ but the week ain't over yet.......

Not much going on today......just regular work and stuff.......Had some year end deals on some 16 Tahoe's that I looked at yesterday.......LTZ's for like 70K before the discounts......still to much money for a truck in my opinion. They are nice but holy moly.......our 10 Tahoe just keeps looking better all the time.......and I got the pink slip daddy........

Funny thing is down here no one bats an eye at a 70k truck but everyone thinks you're extravagant to buy a 50k Corvette. Guess it is because Trucks are so common around here.

Trucks just keep getting more expensive, and making more profit for the manufacture. Highest profit vehicle I believe.

driving north to meet Hoxy, hopefully J&L's Mistress, and a few more car guys....................

way, the GM and Ram trucks are huge money makers for the OEM's....

even more when they load them up with options........

the C7 Z06 had about a 40% profit for GM and these trucks are in that range or slightly higher when purchased new without any rebates or huge discounts.................

better to let someone buy it first, then get it after a year or two so they take the major depreciation hit.............

Depreciation in the SW for trucks is a lot different than most areas. My '04 Silverado new was $18K and the current market price is ~$9K.
However, my '08 Caddy STS was $55K new and the current price is also $9K, since everyday cars are not as desirable.

Well Hamsters, I'm going out on a limb and predicting an early spring this year. Just added full coverage insurance to little **** today.

Looks like Saturday or Sunday may be the first outing this year, suppose to be near 60 degrees.

Spring seems to have been here all month. One of the warmest Feb. I remember. Trees and spring perennials are budding already. Crazy warm.....83 today.
