Default Resets after recall

I had my recall on the C6 headlights done and I had to reset my seat, mirrors, and other things but it always seems like the my car has lead in its *** again. I had previously had a "slight" computer tune done on my car and it's feels like it is back to the way it was before the tune.
Has anyone else noticed anything like this ?
I thought I was crazy driving it home and thinking it just wasn't responding the same but a couple of days ago my husband drove it for the first time since( I didn't say anything to him because he thinks I am **** anyway about my car) and said it seems like it lost some pickup

Thanks in advance for any info people

Lisa

I had my 05 done, and needed to index the windows and reset the aftermarket radio.
They have to discounted the battery for the recall.

The GM techs that do the recall, should know what happens when the battery gets disconnected. For the life of me, why don't they re-index the windows after they reconnect the battery?

It's possible that they did a factory reset of the tune as well. Sometimes dealers will do this to give you the "latest and greatest" ECM updates from the factory (whether you ask for it or not). The problem is that this wipes whatever aftermarket programming you had done to the ECM.

A trip back to your tuner may be in order.

It's always a good idea to let the technician know that you have a custom tune when you take it in for service. They may have re-flashed the computer to a stock tune to give you the latest updates which would mean that you have lost your custom tune. Hopefully that's not what happened but it's always good to tell them not to touch your tune.

Oops, I see someone responded while I was typing. Lol
