Default Can I run 1.8 rockers with my cam only ls2/ls3 setup?

I have a 2006 c6 z51. I am swapping to a cnc ported ls3 heads and intake setup. I would like to throw some 1.8 rockers in there to make a bit more power before the retune, but I don't know about piston to valve clearance with this setup.

Ls2 stock bottom end
CNC ls3 heads
Stock ls3 or ls9 head gaskets

Cam in there is a 228/230 .588/.591 112+4

It's my understanding 1.8 rockers would add .035 to my lift. Good idea? any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Those are pretty aggressive lobes, some cam mfgrs don't recommend higher ratio rocker arms. Also, the lift doesn't have as much to do with PTV clearance as the duration does. I think you are probably safe, but with non stock heads you better check.

Awesome, thanks for the info. Do you know the easiest way to actually check?
